My research topic is molecular and functional diversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi Phylum Glomeromycota). I am interested in AMF communities in plant roots and soil and factors that determine AM fungal community composition. One of the aims is also to isolate different local AM fungal species and to study their characteristics by molecular methods and in interaction with plant roots in pot cultures and root-organ cultures (ROC).
